"Citizens" or "Subjects"?

It was a hot July in Philadelphia when the Second Continental Congress took up a “humble petition” to King George III. This was not the well-know Declaration of Independence, for the year was 1775, not 1776.

The Peoples of this Continent submitted the "Olive Branch Petition". It was an effort to have the King address the differences of the colonies despite the fact that Canada had been invaded and Paul Revere, had "on the eighteenth of April, in Seventy-five; Hardly a man is now alive, Who remembers that famous day and year" rode off to alert the Minutemen at Concord, Lexington and Bunker Hill.

The Petition stated: “Attached to your Majesty's person, family, and Government, with all devotion that principle and affection can inspire; connected with Great Britain by the strongest ties that can unite societies, and deploring every event that tends in any degree to weaken them, we solemnly assure your Majesty, that we not only most ardently desire the former harmony between her and these Colonies may be restored.” Among those who signed the Olive Branch Petition were the well-known founding fathers: John Hancock, Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, John Jay, Roger Sherman and Lewis Morris.

Lord Dartmouth received the original on September 1, 1775;  King George refused to receive the Petition. Lord Dartmouth, when pressed for an answer reportedly said: "As His Majesty did not receive the petition on the throne, no answer will be given."

Four months later, on January 10, 1776, a 46 page pamphlet appeared in the bookshops of Philadelphia. The pamphlet was simply titled: "Common Sense" Remarkable for that time - or even this - it sold 120,000 copies in the next 90 days. As the colonies only had about 3 million people at that time, it was a phenomenal market penetration any publisher today would envy. Moreover, as Common Sense was read publicly and passed on to others, the actual readership  was certainly twice the number of copies printed.

Picking up where John Cooke had left off, Common Sense decried the tradition, habit and superstition that created a population that John Cooke had described as more "delighted in servitude than in freedom."

Our present day judicial monarchs, just like King George who ‘did not receive the petition on the throne, no answer will be given", the Courts have refused to “receive my Petitions” and as such, I must now ask, are we “Citizens” or “subjects”?

Burn it down. Please released the names. The people must be protected from these animals.

They killed her for this information. If I should have to make the choice between chains and security or from and threat I would gladly fight the threat. Please sir, released the names. Help us blow the lid off of our corrupt cabal of powerbrokers.

Time is of the essence.

Please release the names. The public is behind. America might very well have a new chance with a new president and exposing these creeps.

Citizen vs Subject isn't the question you must ask, but Democracy vs Monarchy in your case.
America, We the People, have lost our nation's democratic soul. As Webster's dictionary defines it, a democracy is a government by the people; especially: rule of the majority! And a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving free elections!

That being said, our corrupt leaders have misled us into damnation. They lie, cheat, and kill to control and maintain power and order. They ignore the will of the masses for the pleasure of few. Both citizen and subjects have amounted to the same under current rules of American Democracy from which our forefathers fled from being subjects of the British Monarchy. Our "Democracy" has slaughtered the sheep and left the survivors for the wolves feast.

It is up to the few champions, leaders, protectors of truth and justice that must ignite the flame that lights the path back to our America. The world that has been purged into the abyss and controlled by the iniquitous elite. Is it not for our children's future that we care for our own existence today?

Our world, as in our way of life, is dying and only a few people can save us. The people are powerless to protect themselves from the powerful and that's why YOU must take the sword on behalf of the millions that have stood up and allowed their voice to be heard. Yet you see, like you, we're constantly being silenced. We must all stand UNITED and use the powers we've been granted. The power of communications; online, social, written, etc. You MUST help get the truth out because no one else is willing to do so. It is not of fear, but of justice. We're all searching for answers. I've personally paid a lot trying to expose the truth when others wont spend a dime and wait on others to reveal things. Either way, PLEASE LOOK WITHIN YOURSELF to find the real answer. The answer that only you and God can deliver. This is the year that we either stand together as one UNITED Voice and say ENOUGH!, or we fall divided and conquered as a people.

Are you Awake?! We are and we need you to be our Knight and Champion of Truth and Justice. Thank you for your bravery, kindness, and honor.

This is it folks: Indiana on May 3 is going to be the deciding primary. After Indiana its over. The records will have to be released before then or it will be too late to have an impact. Mr Sibley, if you have the records you say you have, please, please, please release them on April 29 and not a moment later.

Please release! The longer you wait the more harm done with these corrupt people.

I hope SCOTUS releases decision Monday 5/2 @ 9:30 EST, day b4 IN vote.

The fix is in. Now two of the GOP candidates have agreed to collude in order to subvert the expressed will of a Republican electorate. The clear winner of the primaries will be denied the nomination while the one who "worked the system" better will win on the second ballot.

Of course these tricksters are betting on a bombshell not being dropped between now and the Indiana primary. Only one man can stop them now. That is Montgomery Blair Sibley.

If you have anything just release the records. Don't be a coward.

We are begging you. Release the records. What is the worst thing that can happen? You may be arrested but you can keep putting your hearing off long enough for Trump to pardon you for having the courage to do this. If you show Cruz is on the list, his support will IMMEDIATELY drop. Thumping a Bible and seeing hookers don't really go together.

If you don't release them soon, it simply won't matter. We didnt expect the court to listen anyway. You are going to have to take one for the team. I couldn't live with myself letting them control me. I know you are literally putting your life on the line. Since the records are already out there, can you at LEAST draw attention tof the phone number in question so we can prove it ourselves somehow??

Possible outcome from SCOTUS is a remand to lower court. Uuh oohhh.

Just do it.

So, what news?

Listen, I know you don't want to go to jail, so here's an idea: You could always stage your kidnapping, disappear for a few days, pay someone to beat you up and meanwhile the 72 hr release gets triggered. When you return (escaped from your captors) it'll be all over the news and when the cameras see your bruises you'll receive such an outpouring of public sympathy that there's no way they could take you to jail.

Update? Please just release it. Send it to me I will have it all over the world in 10 minutes!

Denied? SCOTUS denying the citizens the right to know what should be public information. Mr. Sibley please release the info and we the people will start a gofundme account to provide the best representation in court.

Anonymous said...

No shocker here as Ginni Thomas is a Cruz delegate. But, you already knew that. So, what's next?

Anonymous said...

Release phone records while you have the support of the people... wait too long and you risk losing that support. If info is released too late, people will be asking "Why did he wait so damn long to release such important information?"

Release records anonymously to Drudge/Wikileaks/or some other outlet.
Use a proxy so your pc's IP address can't be traced, or mail anonymously using USPS.

The Court/Prosecution will have the burden to prove you released the info. Who's to say someone at Verizon didn't anonymously release the phone records?

I know how corrupt our court system is, and I know how angered you must feel: We all know -- it's not what you know, it's who you know.

Urban-Québec Josie said...

It's been so long now that I must ask, at this point, why are you still waiting? Didnt the court already rule against the release? You said you'd still release? Is it because Indiana would determine Cruz' fate and perhaps it will be OBE? That I understand, however, Cruz is still pushing for contested convention which will destroy what little fate in our Democracy we still have left. Either way, you should release it NOW and save face. If not, no one will believe you and you'll be just like all the other ppl that give a 2 week deadline which amounts to nada.

Show your cards.

The delay is making you look like you are not a man of your word. You said you would release either way. There are many ways to do this without it coming back to you. Let yourself be hacked. If you have what you say you have and the SCOTUS was trying to obstruct this evidence, you can't lose.

Can't help wondering if Scalia was sympathetic to your plight and would have considered releasing the records. Maybe that's why he was found dead with a pillow covering his face....
