Proving that great minds think alike, on May 27, 2011, the governor of the State of Arizona and the attorney general of Arizona (right)filed a lawsuit very similar to mine against the Department of Justice. In sum, the lawsuit seeks a judicial decree telling the U.S. Government to mind its own business when it come to medical marijuana. A full report on that suit can be read in the AZ Capital Times. More as these two suits challenging the authority of the federal government move forward.
